My stay at Jabal Omar Hyatt was fantastic. It's conveniently close to the Haram. The service I received at the front desk from Mr. Abdulkarim and Mr. Omar and Mr Nawaf Al Thobaiti was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended! Their dedication and willingness to help truly exceeded our expectations. We booked 5 nights and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The hotel staff ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect, from check-in to check-out. Mr Omar extended my checkout to the afternoon to accommodate for my mother who was coming from dialysis. The housekeeping staff Mr Shah and Mr Essam make sure our room was clean and made our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah, as it offers not only exceptional service but also a prime location near the Haram.
Beautiful experience staying here. The rooms and services were up to date. The hotel is maintained and cleaned very well and often. The looks of it are very clean, crisp, and modern.
